Delivery FAQ

There are no delivery services available on Wonders unless stated otherwise.
All rentals delivery by default requires pickup or collection by the Customer. It depends on the Vendor, if they provide delivery service for their rentals.

Vendor delivery – if you are using Vendor’s delivery, the price is charge by the Vendor.
Customer delivery – you may check third-party logistics provider for the rate since the pickup and return is managed by you.

Vendor Delivery – Vendor manage any issue during delivery to/from you. Customer Delivery – You may check with Third-Party logistics provider for their insurance. Follow their procedure accordingly. 

If the rental arrives damaged, please contact Vendor immediately to inform on the situation. Before delivery, ensure that Vendor share the photos of the items to validate that the items damaged during the delivery. Customer holds the responsibility during the shipment unless Vendor delivery. 

The items are solely under Customer’s responsibility during the use. If the rentals lost, stolen, damage or destroyed while in Customer’s possession, Customers are solely responsible. 

First after get confirmation from the Vendor through chat, Customer places order on Wonders. Once the Vendor get the order confirmation, Vendor will communicate with Customer to get full details of the event.
