Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of rentals and services made through Wonders ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you may not use the Site.

2. Definitions  "We," "us," "our": Refers to Wonders.  "You," "your": Refers to the user of the Site, whether as a Customer or a Vendor.  "Customer": A user who rents event supplies and/or buy event related services from Vendor through the Site.  "Vendor": A user who offers event supplies for rent and/or sell event related services through the Site.  "Event Supplies": Items available for rent on the Marketplace.  “Event Services”: Services available for purchase on the Marketplace.

3. General Cancellation Terms

3.1 Cancellation Policy Varies by Vendor Each vendor’s policy will be different so make sure you follow the below process with each of them individually.

3.2 Finding the Cancellation Terms Find the cancellation policy for your rentals or services in any of these locations. Vendors may choose to share it on multiple pages or may require you to reach out to them directly.  Located in their vendor profile  Located in the posting description  Reach out to the vendor directly.  Otherwise you should assume the rental or/and services is considered final and non-refundable.

3.3 Vendor Missing Cancellation Terms Always assume that if there is no cancellation policy provided then the sale is considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the vendor. Reach out to the vendor directly to see if they have a policy that isn’t shared online. They will be happy to work with you on your specific situation.

4. Can I Get Out of My Rental Contract? By clicking the “I accept” checkmark when ordering your rentals, you as the customer take full responsibility to read and understand the vendor’s cancellation policy and agree to the vendor’s cancellation policies, and commit to abiding by the Rental and Service Agreement. Any changes to the contract, such as changing cancellation terms, should be discussed directly with the vendor so that a mutual agreement can be reached.

5. Last-Minute Cancellations Most vendors, as an industry standard, will not allow cancellations within 24-72 hours of the rental period no matter the reason for the cancellation (cancelled event, transportation issues, change of mind). Vendors accrue costs in preparing items for each customer that include cleaning, assembling, packing, handling, and opportunity costs. If you think you may need to cancel an order do so well in advance.

6. Wonders Policy Wonders does not control the cancellation policy. We will abide by the vendor’s policy and can only assist with processing the refunds once the customer and vendor have agreed to the cancellation. Customer Request for Cancellation - Any service fees charged by Wonders to Customers are considered non-refundable if the request initiated by the Customer. Vendor Request for Cancellation – If Vendor request cancellation on approved order, a fee of 20% of the event supply service/rental is charged to the Vendor. Also any service fee charged by Wonders to Vendor are considered non-refundable if the request initiated by the Vendor. For Vendor Cancellation request, Customer shall receive full refund include Wonders’s service fee. When Vendor didn’t accept the order, no charge will be given.

7. Cancellation Policy Questions It is the responsibility of the Customer to check with the Vendor directly if there are any questions about the policy.

8. Requesting A Cancellation and Refund  Contact the appropriate Vendor with your cancellation request and explain the details of your cancellation. Request the Vendor process the refund.  Customer will receive the confirmation of the cancellation by the Vendor (if Vendor request).  Vendor to inform Wonders to inform on the cancellations.  Wonders will process the refund as per Wonders Policy accordingly to the Customer.

9. Refund Process Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the cancellation approval. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider related to the refund.

10. Modifications to the Policy We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the revised policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
