Wonders Community Guidelines Welcome to Wonders! Our community is built on trust, respect, and cooperation. These Community Guidelines outline the behaviour expected from all users, including Customers and Vendors. By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines. These Wonders Community Guidelines ("Community Guidelines") outline prohibited activities on Wonders and apply to everyone and all types of content, including photos, videos, reviews, comments, and links. These Community Guidelines are an essential part of and supplement our Wonders Terms of Service and other relevant Wonders Policies.

Any capitalized terms not defined in these Community Guidelines shall have the same meanings as those in the Wonders Terms of Service. The prohibited actions listed in these Community Guidelines are not exhaustive and are regularly updated to address new risks and potential harms from emerging behaviors. Please stay informed of any updates to these guidelines. Wonders reserves the right to take necessary actions in furtherance of these Community Guidelines at its sole discretion and without any liability to you. Any determinations made by Wonders regarding any content on the platform are final and conclusive. Avoid posting content that you think might violate these guidelines. If you encounter content that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to us. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.

Your safety is our highest priority. Please take the time to read these Community Guidelines carefully. It is crucial that you understand these guidelines and the role they play in our shared responsibility to keep Wonders safe.

1. Respectful Communication : Treat all members with respect and courtesy.  Use polite and professional language in all interactions.  Avoid violent action, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language and behavior.

2. Honesty and Transparency : Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, listings, and communications.  Clearly describe the condition, availability, and specifications of Event Supplies and Event Services.  Honor your commitments and agreements with other users.

3. Reliability and Punctuality : Vendors should ensure that Event Supplies are available and ready for the agreed rental period.  Vendors should ensure Event Services are well communicated, planned and executed during the event day.  Customer should pick up and return Event Supplies on time as agreed.  Communicate promptly if there are any changes or issues affecting the rental.

4. Care and Responsibility : Customer must handle Event Supplies with care and return them in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.  Vendor should provide Event Supplies that are clean, safe, and in good working condition.  Report any damage or issues immediately to the other party and work together to resolve them.

5. Safety and Compliance : Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with local laws and regulations.  Use Event Supplies safely and according to their intended purpose.  Do not engage in illegal activities or encourage others to do so.

6. Fair and Transparent Pricing : Vendor should set fair and transparent prices for their Event Supplies.  Avoid hidden fees and ensure that all costs are clearly communicated in the listing.  Customer should respect the agreed-upon pricing and payment terms.

7. Reporting and Resolving Issues : Report any violations of these guidelines or suspicious behavior to Wonder support team.  Work cooperatively with other users and our support team to resolve disputes or issues. : Provide feedback to help improve our community and services.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality  Respect the privacy of other users and do not share personal information without consent.  Use the Site messaging system for all communications related to event services.  Comply with our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

9. No Discrimination or Harassment : Do not engage in or tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech.  Treat all members equally, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

10. Encouraging a Positive Community : Contribute to a positive and supportive community environment.  Share your experiences and knowledge to help others.  Encourage and support new users in learning how to use the Marketplace effectively.

11. Modifications to the Guidelines : We reserve the right to modify these Community Guidelines at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the revised guidelines on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the revised guidelines constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
